Moremi Game Reserve

Named after Chief Moremi, this is one of Botswana’s most well known game reserves. It is located on the eastern side of the Okavango Delta, incorporating much of the Delta itself. It is an area of contrasts, combining permanent wetland with dry savannah, which provides a home for a diverse array of wildlife species. The mixed terrain incorporates thickets, swamps, rivers, acacia, and grassland savannahs.
